Not liking Zillow's UI. Also, their data is somewhat hidden so I am not really sure how they come up with the rent zestimates.

Would never be able to rent for what Zillow list as rent for home. We usually look at what other houses in the neighborhood are renting for and match. In our mid size town there are many rentals on the market and a limited number of qualified potential tenants.
