you're wanting to live there for FREE as long as you possibly can,.....AND,.....you're trying to hustle your landlord out of relocation money.

Just to be clear, there is nothing wrong with a T asking Qs on this site. Sometimes the answers can help other LLs that see those answers, too. (it's also in the forum rules)
