I did not look at the link. But I use standard smart Key door locks on my rentals. Very easy to reset key after T moves out to a new key. Just follow the 4 or so steps directions, and the lock can be re keyed. Better than replacing complete door locks as I use to do when T would move out. The only thing is the T could re-key the lock on you. And un-less you tried your key once in a while you may not know this has happened. You just go there when T is home and ask to check the lock with your keys. If it's changed you give them a violation notice to get it re keyed to original key. I haven't had a problem like this but it can happen with some T..
