Thanks for the ideas - I might try Zillow - I'm meeting with the applicant, this time bringing her Dad along. (Not sure why for a rental). She wouldn't move in until July 1 due to her lease - & I'm requiring a non-refundable 1 month rent (if she backs out - otherwise goes to her rent.

A banner wouldn't work in our location, but, the yard sign does get attention.
Might try an Open House.
