That first sentence, sorry. I am going to give a few ideas.
1) Another thing I have just pondered are rugs. I was considering this to protect my hardwood, although if the floor is less than more maybe that would brighten it up.
2) Maybe a candle in the bathroom
3) Handles on your cabinet something to catch their eye
4) Light fixtures. Lighting is so important and makes such a difference.
5) Go to a place like Home Depot and walk the isles trying to find upgrades for less than $100 maybe.

I agree - I need to change my way of advertisine. There are probably 3 times as many "for rent" houses as when it was previously up for rent. Also, I agree about the rugs. And, since it's empty - I don't think it shows as well as it could. We'll see if the rugs help and maybe some different curtains.
The house is clean and livable.
