AT LEAST 50% off of 1 months rent. (maybe even 75% ) The kitchen is the focal point of any home. Without being able cook, clean dishes, or get anything out of the refrigerator, they would have to go out to eat 3 times a day for every day of those 20 days. Then add in the cost of gasoline for those 20 days, paper plates and plastic utensils they had to buy, plus the extra TIME in lines to get food, and you have a VERY INCONVEINENCED tenant. They might have even had to buy a cooler, and put ice in it, to use for pop, milk, or beer. Ask yourself this-----could YOU go for even 2 days in your own home, without ANYBODY even putting 1 foot inside the kitchen?
