G is an idiot. Your lease says that the tenant is responsible for pest control. Tell your tenant to go after dark and knock it down with a baseball bat. Just make sure he has a garden hose at the ready so he can drown the hive after it falls.

You must be a clairvoyant. Otherwise just HOW DO YOU KNOW what the OP's lease says ?? And how do you know the bees are in a tree? Many bees and wasps live inside of walls, overhangs, and even in the ground. And name calling is not allowed on this forum. Your answer to the OP, tells me that you are not a very smart LL. And some of your other answers to other OPs the past 2 weeks are also questionable.
