When I insist...I get a court to put it in writing.

Eviction for lease violation is not difficult. But, I have rarely had to go that far. My notice to cure (put my locks back) is accompanied with a letter explaining the very serious ramifications of an eviction in the tenants background. 99% of the time..that does it.

99% of the time, that letter goes straight into the trash without being read.
