You could be on the hook for replacement cost for all the bee hive cost to replace. If I were the farmer I would take you to court. Why would you allow your T to have 7 dogs on the property anyway?
You might want to buy your T a shovel. He might need it to bury a few dogs in the coming week. Redneck justice is a bitch.

Why not just put up some section of stockade fence to keep the dogs away from that area approximately 20 feet distance. And pay the Farmer cost to replace the bee's and supplies that you destroyed.
Best to minimize the issue as the farmer is not going any where. But the T could move out at any time. I would try and keep on a friendly side of the farmer neighbor.
