Are you telling us, city officials will never see a burned-out structure slowly disappearing over several weekends, and never question it? In most instances, a person must have a permit posted on site, even if it's on a tree, or on a sign on a post in the ground (in the case of a structure being torn down and removed). Your idea of "asking forgiveness" after the fact, could subject a LL to a LOT more problems and costs, that if they would have just done it the right way in the first place. You need to get off this forum, if all your answers are having to do with lying, cheating, or somehow "getting around" laws. We on the forum, advocate for being and staying within all laws, and working with city, county, and state officials at all times.

The key word being "COULD". So it "could not" as well.

Just for you information. EVERYBODY LIES. IT"S HUMAN NATURE. IF YOU SAY YOU NEVER LIE YOU ARE FOOLIING YOURSELF.
This forum is to discuss different prospective. I don't require you to do what I suggest. Everybody is an adult and are responsible for their own actions.
Personally I would quick claim this property to a homeless guy to camp out on the land. Homeless guy would careless about a lien.
