Yes, but only of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, cabinets, furnaces, etc ------items that need repaired that are part of the home. NOT any of the tenants personal items---furniture, clothing, anything the T owns, or the persons themselves. And you should not be touching or moving any of the Ts possessions either, just to get a picture, without the T being there, and with their permission. If you do that, it's INVASION OF PRIVACY, and you could get fined and/or go to jail for it.
