What are "alerts without consent" and "alters without consent" ? If YOU have hired a Pro. Maint. service to do yearly checkups on HVAC equipment, YOU need to contact the T in writing,in advance, as to when exactly they will come to do it. If the T won't let them in, then set up another time, (in writing) and you make sure YOU are there to let them in. If they STILL won't let you in, then it is a lease violation, and you must follow your state's laws regarding evicting someone for this type of violation.

Can and should Landlord ask Tenant to move alters now or wait until Tenant moves out?

An example of alters without consent is the house has COX TV/internet line.

Tenant let internet provider drills holes on both sidings and walls for the installation of Service boxes.

Animal Application and Agreement asks Physical or visible Fence for animals. But, Tenant built a dog cage in the backyard.
