I believe in our rights to possess firearms.

HOWEVER, if by "pointing his fingers on me" you mean like "bang bang/a gun", I would file for eviction immediately... which my lease gives me the right to do. I would allow the tenant to explain to the magistrate why they were acting this way. doesn't mean they would actually be evicted but he's stand in front of the court to explain himself. I would never stand for this type disrespect from anyone on my properties.

What does YOUR lease say about silly behavior, Bubba ?? 95% of all leases out there, do not say anything about "silly behavior". If yours does, please quote it to the forum. But first, please DEFINE "silly behavior" for us.

Define silly behavior. "Lacking in good sense; absurd frivolous, trivial, or superficial actions". Under T responsibilities section 12-g. Tenant and his guest is forbidden from demonstrating silly behavior anywhere on the property.
