What does YOUR lease say about trampolines, Bubba ?? 3/4 of all leases out there, do not specifically say anything about trampolines. If yours does, could you please quote it to the forum, so we may incorporate it into ours. Thanks

A lease is not required to specify every possible scenario. If it did it would be as thick as a bible.
Send the T a violation of lease notice. Telling the Tenant to remove the trampoline ASAP. Or eviction proceeding will be forth coming. Unless the T is going to get one or two million dollar coverage to cover any possible accident. You evict them if they won't comply.

    A razor knife makes for a quick temporary fix. If you want to help them comply with not allowing for the whole neighborhood from possibly getting injured on it.
