did you rent her a garage or did you rent her a residential unit?

as for the break in, why didn't you call the police ... that's burglary

Hi N - it's a residential unit. I called the police who said that since the chairs are still on my property they would charge her with criminal mischief - max penalty is fine of $300/ 90 days in jail. They are waiting to hear from me about pressing charges. I'm trying to figure the best way to go - I'm thinking to send a quit notice and say I won't press charges as long as she is out by the end of the month hoping that the thought paying that fine and for damages would motivate her to go. I think she's mentally ill
