Thanks two cents that exactly what I expected to hear. I only listed the rental last Saturday. I see no reason to cave on something like this at this point. I agree with all your precautionary points should I go ahead at some point with this as well.

Be careful denying them for no other reason beyond the fact that they are single and young. You must have a specific decision point that does not violate discrimination statutes, such as marital status and age.
