all of these screening services merely harvest public filing information. its only as good and accurate as what goes in.

try googleing yourself and see what you find.

nothing takes the place of a LL doing their own digging in addition to the screening services, which definately are of value.
I've enceserious negative tenant info, which the screening services completely missed,.....and i'm not talking about stuff filed last week.

its also important to rely on your own instincts and the guidance that tenant screening begins with the first word out of the tenants mouth, first conversation, first sentance

Googling myself I found lots of erroneous inaccurate information. Industry advice is not to rely on those type sources exclusively especially in making a decision soley on that stuff.
