Sorry for my initial vagueness - I am no longer living in the house. The unauthorized individual is going to apply to be a tenant, but I don’t think that our PM is going to turn a blind eye to the fact that he’s been living there unauthorized for seven months already. I suppose I was hoping that some sort of PM magic exists to absolve me of some of the legal backlash of lease termination at the previous property.
As it is, it seems the best I can hope for is that both my current landlord and previous PM will be willing to explain the situation to any landlord I hope to rent from in the future.
