When my husband and I got A divorce 18 years ago,the house that we lived in was in my name before we were married. In the divorce papers it state that HE can live in my home as long as he pays the mortgage, utilities and taxes. I waited two weeks after my ex husbands death to leave her a message about arrangements for her living in my house. She will not return any messages I have sent three in 2 weeks. She has changed the locks and i was told im not allowed at the house and she can stay in the house for up to a year and i cant do anything about it. I have a mortgage to pay and she will not give any money for living in the home. Can some one please give me some advice.?

you need a lawyer. You have two issues - having clear title in your name again and removing her (or getting her to pay rent if you want her to stay).
I'm guessing he had a life estate and that needs to be legally retired ... not do it yourself. Depending what state you are in, an eviction or an ejection (different procedures) is probably required to remove her.

The mortgage is in your name, and no one alive wants to pay it, so it sounds as though the wife will end up living there while you and the bank negotiate having the bank take over the house.
It's up to a real estate attorney in your state to sort out the title, which may have passed to your ex-husband (and via community property laws, his wife). Was your ex-husband by any chance an attorney?
