Thank you for your responses - yes the reason I'm looking at redoing the bathroom floor is because the rental isn't moving. Might look at the new stick down tile. It's a small bathroom wonder if sheet vinyl would be an option?. I've shown it or sent e-mail pictures - but once they see the app & are told that both people (I get many unmarried couples) have to fill out applications - they don't get returned.

I've had 2 serious applicants - one when I checked with the former LL (he said the dog was better behaved that the boyfriend) - when I called to accept the lady (she said she had left boyfriend) - she found another place. Othere applicant was moving from a new appartment, after showing twice -never got back.

Will lower my rent perhaps include option for lawn care before I spend too much in updating the house - It's clean and walk in ready --1970's walls in the kitchen & bath. :)
