I've been using a company for years that used to be recommended by The LPA. Not sure if it still is.

After the initial set up all I need to do is to do the yearly FCRA test and I'm good to go.

It fits my needs, customer service is friendly and the rates are reasonable.

That yearly FCRA test is just another nickel & diming tactic. Is it still $30. to take the annual test? QC doesn't have that thankfully and the prices are lower. I used to use Clear Screening, AMS ties, A Tenant Screen and Tenant Verification. Then the LPA started Quick Check.
