I don't rent to students but I've always been curious about being able to get parents to sign on and be responsible for other kids beyond their own,....I wouldn't do it . How do you overcome that .? Also are they signing on as guarantors or actually co signers. Obviously when one student tenant moves out you release the parents but what happens when the new student roommates parents don't look so good on paper ?.
