Would you want your tenants to run a background check on you? When red flags start popping up, late mortgage payments, foreclosure, public auction.

You can do it as long as you already have his signed authorization. Even if you don't, nobody in the history of time has ever gotten in trouble doing this.

I am not renting anything from them. I was renting from them and I agreed to have my background checked per their process yeah.
