Excuses!

Local help by Nichole on July 3, 2018 @20:05

Had a tenant call in and left a message to find out who is responsible for getting someone out of her apartment that is not on the lease. She is the lease holder. The person may or may not be listed as an occupant. I am thinking it is her responsibility to remove an unwanted person from her place but would like to hear others thoughts on it. Thank you

She is responsible, but... if the lease forbids adults not on the lease then you can send a cure or quit notice. It could result in evicting everyone.

I agree. The person on the lease is still responsible.
