Re: Pet Policy - Landlord Forum thread 358136

My experience has been fairly good with pets. The former tenant had a spayed cat, declawed. I had no problems however, I did find that she dumped the used kitty litter in a flower bed. Otherwise - no odor in the house and no damage.

The next tenant had small dog (less that 20 lbs) again no problem, but she is still there - so we'll see when she leaves.

Seems if a dog it definitely should be under 20 pounds. If cat definitely spayed and declawed. And ask for a pet deposit - I am guessing $250
