Fully agree with June. Forget about normal laminate, the waterproof vinyl laminate is the way to go.

I switched to "normal" laminate years ago and I'll never put anymore in. One unattended spill and you'll be ripping the entire room up to repair one section.

I've heard people on other forums rave about Allure but I haven't tried it myself. I may going forward
