I find that even laminate can be not good for certain tenants or their dogs (yes I have had pets eat the floor) until we started using wood flooring, takes a beating no worries about fleas and cleans up nice
Sherwin Williams has an amazing color called "relaxed khaki" I personally got sick of eggshell . We Paint all the rooms the same color with the bathroom, kitchen all ceilings and trim being white. I also make them sign DO NOT PAINT ADDENDUM
