Get a new lawyer. Review your lease and landlord tenant law for your state. Document everything going on. Post cure or quit notices for every violation.

Whatever your lease with your landlord says your with your tenant should say the same. Good luck.

Thank you for your response. The rental agreement that I signed with my sublessee did not have my own rental agreement (that I signed with my landlord) attached to it. According to my lawyer I should have attached my own rental agreement to the sublessee rental agreement, other wise "its almost as if my tenant has no lease" and supposedly without my own rental agreement attached I'm not able to enforce any rules of the home/building (as my lease supercess my sublessee's lease). Does this sound correct??
