I am a landlord/homeowner who is looking for a really good property manager.
Can anyone recommend an excellent property manager for a residential 3B/2.5B house located in SE Everett, Washington?

I'm sorry I don't know anyone to recommend... I know that no one will look after your properties as well as you would and try to save you money, but if you have no choice you may have to pay a manager. Good ones are hard to find. You can start by looking through the Associations directory --> Maybe find a local landlord member in an association near you who can advise of a good manager. Good luck.
