I have a empty studio apt and wanted to know how do you screen a tenant applicant who living as a roommate before? Do you still ask landlord reference? or is it worth to ask just the roommates that on the lease.
Need to know the rental history. Any tips or suggestion would be appreciated
talk to the LL of the group,...not the key tenant, the actual property owner. check your applicants prior history of where and with who they lived. income, credit, criminal, etc..everyone has to start out somewhere
