Thank you Dave.
The cost was $385, the home warranty company is Total Home Protection.
I didn't write down the rep's name or employee id #.
The only document I have is the email with the Claim Reimbursement Form.
I do have have the paperwork from your guy who fixed the AC.
I searched the internet, once I file a case against the home warranty company, they will usually settle down with the home owner. But I have never done that and am not sure.
I'm out of state, that's why I bought the home warranty contract for my rental home in AZ.
