A military town with a large newly built ed homes. Any positive suggestion will be helpful.

Shared by Renee in another post, but relevant.
A great way to deferr the unqualified inquiries.

You should take a few minutes and read about the LPA's suggestion about Prescreening.

Military town.......good resource for tenants on active duty as assigned there. Good housing for service people is a win win. If your units are nice and at market rents, the off base housing office should help you. Military are good tenants, as they are held to a higher standard and generally understand the authority process, respect and following dirrections

As you may know, rent is market driven. Look at comps in your area market accordingly. You may have to adjust rent. However lowering your qualifying criteria should be your very last resort.

Good luck.
