Indiana- My landlord subleased and was evicted by Diana on August 25, 2018 @22:28

My landlord subleased my apartment to me and was evicted for non payment. We are still working out the specifics but I have been working with the true owner and I am to sign a new lease with the true landlord on Tuesday.

My initial landlord left things in my apartment and said she will be coming in my apartment tomorrow to collect her things. That was her notice. What are my rights if she comes and tries to enter my rental? Should the police be able to assist me? Can I have her arrested? Is the contract void?

Do everything in cooperation with the true landlord / owner.
That way is your safest way.
