What are the particular requirements for 30 or 45 days?
Why send the second letter for another 15 days if not paid?

Will all the above time periods prepare better the follow-up legal actions?

What about 5 days and another reminder letter as soon as 5-day due and no-payment received?

Remember, you are a business, and if you ever have to go to court for any reason, you ALWAYS need to look good in front of a judge. That means (in my mind anyway) to give a T extra time to pay something, and to give extra reminders to pay it. Look at all the monthly bills you get each month. How long do each of them give you to pay them? Usually 1-3 weeks. But those are monthly bills. Usually 1-time bills give you 2-4 weeks to pay them, and then a follow-up letter to remind you of the first letter. And depending on what state you are in, you probably have anywhere from 6 months to 2 years to file in court against your T. So don't ever try to look like the greedy LL (in front of a judge) that has to have their money ASAP. You also don't want to look like you are harassing the T by sending demanding letters to often. It could work against you in court.
