I spoke with several companies today. One being Lexis Nexis. I tried out BeenVerified and its not up to date with addresses etc. I have several collections I need done and I don't feel I have the time.

I sure wa showing someone would have the secret answer on this post.

I hear ya. I dont think there is a secret answer. Its just a matter of making a business decision based on cost benefit analysis. Basically is it worth the time and money to chase money. Like many have said. People are hard to track down once you get the judgment and many don't even have money to pay up. I have a couple of past tenants that owe me. I decided it was not worth the effort and in hindsight I never should have accepted them as tenants to begin with. My take away is to screen better. I havent had issues since doing that I havent had issues.
