I agree with LAMAC66. You should stay away from their situation/drama, and not get involved in it. However, you should STILL EXPECT rent to be paid when due, especially if there are still personal items of the tenant in the apartment. If rent is still due, but unpaid for Nov., give her a 3 day notice to pay or quit. If she moves, she can either return the property back to the way it was when she moved in, or else the security doors, and the Ring/camera features will become yours. No matter what "drama" is in a persons life, life goes on, and regular bills have to be paid(the rent).
