I have always collected paper check. What do you guys use. I'm looking now at Zillow, with Zillow it's free for ACH but there's a fee for debit and credit card.

I know there's several out there. Anybody have any recommendations.

I use rentecdirect.com. Property management software that allows electronic payment in addition to everything else landlords need to run their rental like a business.

Now a day, people use Venmo or Zelle. I prefer Zelle because money goes right into your account with no fee for certain banks. Venmo on the other hand, you'll need to go in there and transfer the payment to your bank account; it can all be done on an app on your phone.

i do just online banking payment or use cash
