Also the issue of guests vs persons living there is a sensitive and difficult area to enforce and prove. Putting your tenants under ""surveillance"" isn't generally a good idea. Short of your property becoming an """animal house""",,,,, I'd pay more attention to having the rent paid on time and quiet enjoyment
