I did but the only one I found it was to choose to re-rent or leave, not one from landlord to tenant giving 30 days
'no cause" to move out . I know Nevada allow you to send a 30 days notice to the tenant to move out for no reason but I can not even found the form in the internet,
If it is here in this website do you have the link?

I'm sure there are forms out there, but if you can't find one, why can't you just make up your own letter yourself? >>>>>

Dear xxxxxxxxxx.
Thank you for being a tenant of mine since xxxxxx. However, I feel the time has now come, that we need to part ways with each other. Please accept this notice as your official minimum 30 day notice to vacate the premises of xxxxxxxxxxx, by xxxxxx. Your rent needs to be paid up thru xxxxxx, and you need to leave the property as clean as it was when you moved in. Any damages you may have caused, will need to be repaired by you before you leave. On your last day, I will need to come over to get your keys back, and get a written forwarding address as to where I can send your security deposit statement to.
Sincerely, xxxxxx, Landlord

This is a "generic" letter. You can add reasons why they need to move out if you want to. (or if your state requires it) And you need to look up your state's laws to be certain of dates, time frame requirements, or how to legally send your letter. Remember, the T may decide not to pay you any future rent, because you are kicking them out. So be prepared to send a 3 day notice out about nonpayment of rent or quit.
