What's to prevent the T from say my GF or who ever responded I didn't. I am a firm believer in sending certified return receipt requested as you have the proof that you mailed it got to them they didn't pick up or refused - If I as a T rec'd something from my LL I certainly would want to read it :) Also the proof of mailing and sending a regular letter. This person may "know" they are suppose to leave & lease has ended - that doesn't necessarily mean they want to.

Thanks, will definitely do that too. By law, he is responsible by all activities from his facebook account. And he has chance to tell me that others responded to my question if that is not his. At the end, it is all the judge who decides who is lying. I will send one to his work and one to his house. Also, I have sent the image of official letter(picture of Notice to Term of Tenancy) via facebook too. If the things are getting ugly can I contact his supervisor and simply tell his supervisor that he refuse to move out?

NO !! DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO HIS SUPERVISOR OR HIS PLACE OF WORK ! ! ! This a personal problem between you and him. Sending to his work could be considered harassment. If he were to be fired because of you, he could sue you for thousands of $-----AND WIN. DO NOT send anything, or even talk or text anything to his friends or relatives, either------ONLY TO HIM ! !
