In CA, not too too cold, but due to the condition of the house and them refusing to use the heater in a proper way, I need to test the heater and lines just to make sure everything is still in working order so should they cate to ever use it.
Only other thing is, wouldn't a judge throw the eviction out if I accept what would be viewed as partial rent?
