#1) Did Tenant Call Police and make a report?
#2) Does Tenant have Renter's Insurance per LPA LEASE?
#3) It is Tenant's responsibility to lock up his apartment.
#4) You are not his parent and he is not a child!
#5) It is NOT your responsibility. He was too lazy to lock up his apartment.
