I sent my tenant a 5 cure or quit. I am not sure of my next step if he doesn’t comply with the notice. After the five days can I go to the magistrate and start the eviction process? Thank you

Have you read up on your state's LL/T laws, and it's eviction laws, and have followed them EXACTLY ? If you didn't serve the 5 day the right way, if you go to court, your whole case may be thrown out, and you will need to start over. ALWAYS read your state LL/T laws and the eviction laws before coming to this forum asking questions.
