Then, it would depend on what it says in the lease regarding pest control. If they came from an apartment building or used a moving truck, I'd suspect they brought them in unknowingly. Either way, its much easier to tackle this problem in a single family home. Best of luck.

Have you did anything yet regarding this matter? It's a bedbug 100% as she is describing the situation, it's got to be a bedbug. And if you are saying that before it was not a problem and it's happening now then maybe they have brought the bed bug with them from somewhere. So, yes! it's there mistake. You can ask them to do pest control from the professional bedbug removal NJ. So, it will be permanently removed and you will also get to know the source of bedbugs. Pest control is important as the bedbugs can spread diseases, also, when the tenants will leave the house, the infestation of the bedbugs will affect other tenants also.
