be aware -- most states have very specific guidelines for holdover rent chargeable and define chargeable amounts only if tenant has volunterly given LL notice of tenants intent to vacate,.....NOT if LL is evicting or non-renewing / extending tenant.

Most call for 2 x the existing rent either monthly or daily.
Many judges will disallow holdover rent premiums, no matter what the code says.
