Does LPA have a waiver available? I found the addendum but its a bit vague. Im looking for something that acknowledges the tenant using the pool at their own risk.

as such, waivers are basically worthless. someone gets hurt or killed, you and everyone else are going to be involved. carry good insurance and plenty of it. make sure proper postings and fencing are in place, with keyed gate access. the attractive nuisance and liability of pools and spas, imo far outweighs any rent benefits.
