What are you lowering the credit score to? Do you know what the credit score distribution in your area is? How many more, or less, are you including?

Knowing what the impact of your decision is crucial for good marketing.

Maybe you are priced too high for good tenants that know they can move anywhere? Remember, great tenants know value and have choices. Low quality tenants will pay a lot more as they have fewer choices.
