Thanks both. I already texted her and offered to fix.

Now I have more serious issue just found and need your advice.

The other 4 tenants who lives in the other duplex unit just reported me that the same tenant smoked Marijuana. The smell is so strong that entire passage from the main door at the entrance to two apartments doors. I went there after work, and I can smell too after 5 hours since they reported to me.
I am in NJ. I went to the police. They told me that smoking marijuana is illegal in NJ, but they could not do anything about it. I need to go the court for the eviction which I understand that the police would not evict them, but they even would not take a written report for the event.
Following are my questions:
1. If this is going to be enough for me to evict her/them? and I have two reasons:
a) the other tenants are deeply disturbed, and they feel ill by smelling it
b) lease stated smoking is prohibited.
2. what if she said she has medical reasons, with or without medical proof, can this be the reason for her to use Marijuana?

In addition, she also has dog as Iease clearly stated the pets are not allowed. So, clearly, this tenant is terrible. She just moved in this Saturday, and there are so many terrible things have happened now.
I need your help.

I would ignore the other problem & go after the pet problem it will be easier - The lease includes no pets & specifically probably says whose in the apartment. follow the ways for lease violations to get this person out.
