Every landlord has the right to check the rental property for damages. For the walkthrough, the landlord has to give prior notice to the tenant before 24 hours. If the tenant is restricting the landlord to enter their property, check all the clauses in the lease and verify whether a tenant is violating the code. If yes, the landlord can take legal action for a code violation against the tenant. To know more, visit Compliance Connections: https://www.complianceconnections.com/
