Garry, Thanks your input, and understand your points.

To answer your question, I filed eviction not because he filed complaint, when I filed the eviction I event didn't that he filed a complaint against me, plus, I have strong reasons to evict her, but just didn't list here since this is not related to my question here.

I was trying to say here is that he filed the complaint, but used a wrong address, and swallowed court's summons. Believe me, he is the type of person would do such bad thing.
